Jennifer Rene Psaki

 Jennifer Rene Psaki is a American political adviser who was the 34th White House news secretary between 2021 and 221. A member of Democratic Party she has previously worked in the Obama administration as White House deputy press secretary (2009), White House deputy director of communications (2009–2011) and the spokesperson for the United States Department of State(2013-2015) and White House communication director (2015–2017). Psaki contributed to CNN's politics coverage from 2017 through 2020. Psaki began her career in 2001 when she worked on the re-election campaigns of Iowa Democrats Tom Harkin for the U.S. Senate and Tom Vilsack for governor. Psaki was later appointed deputy press secretary for John Kerry's 2004 presidential campaign. Psaki also served as communications director for Joseph Crowley (U.S.) and was the regional press secretary for the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee. Psaki returned in 2012 for political communication, serving as the press secretary of President Obama's 2012 reelection campaign.
